Currency Conversion Issue In Reporting Currency Ledger When Currency Is Same As Primary Ledger Currency (Doc ID 2196806.1)

Symptoms

When Primary and ALC both ledgers having same currency , the Currency Conversion rate defined in Reporting Currency Ledger was not considering
for accounting even when Retain Transaction Conversion Rate is set to "No" for foreign currency transactions.

Example:

Primary Ledger with Currency = BRL
Reporting currency Ledger with Currency = BRL, conversion rate type assigned is Corporate for Secondary Ledger and Retain Transaction rate Type is set to NO.

Invoice is entered in primary ledger for currency USD, conversation rate type is Gazette

Invoice is accounted, primary ledger and ALC ledger both are accounted using conversion rate type Gazette.
