Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Enrollment Admin
When attempting to select List of Value on Enrollment Justification or Additional Enrollment Details,
the following error occurs.

"You are trying to access a page that is no longer active.
- The referring page may have come from a previous session. Please select Home to proceed,
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Learner Self Service Responsibility
2. Select a Class and click on Enroll
3. Click on LOV of Justification field
