Error: Please Specify A Duration Term In Whole Months While Revising Contract With Change Customer

When performing a customer change, the following error occur:

Please specify a duration term in whole months while Revising Contract with Change Customer option.

Due to that, not being able to proceed to Change Customer.


  1. Search for a contract in Booked Status
  2. From Actions Drop-down, select Revise and Go
  3. Select Revision Type as Change Customer, Revision Date as Today Date and Go =>  error occur: Please specify a duration term.
