Symptoms

Changing Currency on approved Purchase Order fails
APP-14358 (or APP-PO-14358) You cannot change currency information on an Approved
Purchase Order

Expecting the status of the PO to change to Requires Reapproval

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create and approve a Purchase Order
2. Modify Purchase Order quantity (places PO in status "Requires Reapproval")
3. Try to change currency information
4. Error APP-14358 (or APP-PO-14358) You cannot change currency information on an Approved
Purchase Order
