Symptoms

 

After RTI configuration and migration when moving employees to Oracle Apps from a system where RTI is already implemented and when attempting to run RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2016/17as first FPS, the following error occurs.

Cause: an oracle error has occurred. The failure was reported on table pay_population_ranges_pkg.perform_range_creation at location 1642 with the error text ORA-20001:

Steps to reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. RTI configuration and migration when moving employees to Oracle Apps from a system where RTI is already implemented

2. Use UK HRMS Responsibility
3. Run RTI FPS Process having as parameter "First FPS" as YES=> check the error mentioned above.
