Information in this document applies to any platform.
It is not possible add a Party as a customer to a contract unless the Party has been setup in Receivables already.
1. Using a Receivables Responsibility, check to make sure customer has not been setup
(Navigate to Customers > Customers > Found that customer had not been setup yet)
2. Use an OKC Responsibility to create a contract:
(Navigate to Contracts > Contracts)
3. Click Create Contract
4. Fill out necessary info and click "Apply and Add Details" button.
5. Click Add Party
6. Look for Party Name.
7. Getting "No Items Found" message.
