Unable to Download Attachments in 12.2 iReceivables

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When trying to download\open\view attachments in iReceivables 12.2, nothing happens when clicking on the attachment link (paper clip). There are no errors, the attachments can't be viewed.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: iReceivables 2.0 Internal
Navigation: Customer Search
- Add an attachment to any invoice.
- View the invoice and try to open the attachment.
