Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A Shipment is created using GET THE DRIVER HOME therefore adding an NFR Stop to the Shipment. When assigning the same driver to another shipment, this NFR stop from the previous shipment is removed by OTM.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The last stop - NFR - should not be removed from the first shipment.
