California Self Service State Tax Form Is Not Giving Users The Option To Claim ‘Exempt’ From State Taxes (Doc ID 2197611.1)

On : 12.2.3 version, Payroll Self Service

Self Service State Tax Form is not giving users the option to claim ‘Exempt’ from taxes. Recent installation of patches shows the feature to Update State Tax Withholding Information Online has been added

Employee's should be able to choose all options that are on a W4. The W4 should match what is delivered on the Self Service State tax form

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee logs into Employee Self Service
2. DE4 > State - California
3. They are unable to check Exempt from California State taxes
