E-Business Suite 12.2.5 Applications DBA, Online Patching ADOP Utilities issues

Running adop phase=fs_clone fails on script txkADOPValidations.pl.

The following error occurs in file ADOPValidations_detailed.log:

ERROR

Custom product XX_AP entry is NOT there in FND_APPLICATIONS table
ERROR: The following custom products have not been correctly added:
XX_AP

Note:

The custom product top hay having any naming convention used by the site, XX_AP is just an example used above.

Changes

The application was upgraded from 11i, and adsplice was run after upgrading to 12.2.
