Q2: How does one modify the generated email message in the email body?
For example, “Hi, Please find your Benefits Compensation and Summary Report in the attached document.”.
Q3: How does one modify the email contents of the generate letter?
Can the layout of the BENSMEMREP.rtf be modified and saved with a name for example MYBENSMEMREP.rtf or can a custom existing benefits confirmation summary rtf template be added?
