Element Entries not Ended When End-Dating Plan or Enrollment (Doc ID 2197852.1)

After marking a plan as 'All Ineligible', element entries for the included plans are not end dated.

Expecting to end the program and see element entries end-dated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager,
2. Navigate to Total Compensation > Program and Plans > Plans and query the plan in question.
3. Select the 'All Ineligible' flag and save as an UPDATE.
4. Submit the 'Maintain Participant Eligibility' and 'Recalculate Participant Values' process for OSB or the Participation Process: Scheduled for predefined scheduled life event in OAB.
5. Navigate to People > Total Comp Enrollment > Benefits Enrollment > View Enrollment Results and query an employee previously enrolled in the plan.
Note that the person has been successfully ended from the plan.6. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain and query the same employee.
7. Click the Assignment button > Entries button.
Note that the element entry associated with the plan still exists without an end-date.
