No Entries For Service Request Type LOV on Service Request Tab in Ebusiness. Error: " No LOV Available" (Doc ID 2197895.1)

Symptoms

In 12.2.4, While creating service request from Telesales Ebusiness center form, on service request tab, service request type field

the following error occurs.

Error : No List of Values

Steps To Reproduce
================
1. Navigate > Telesales Manager > Ebusiness center > party type = organization > query organization

2. Go to Service request tab > click on request type field

3. Error No List of Values
Note: But SR Type is available from actual Service Request Form.
