Symptoms

When attempting to create a duplicate labor line in 3rd party administrator portal, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Oracle.jbo.AttrValException: JBO-27019: Get method for attribute "DebriefHeadersEOVO" in LaborCreateEOVO could not be resolved


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility --> Field Service Third Party Administrator Portal
2. Select the labor line and click go
