Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Service Request Form

After upgrade to 12.2.4 SR's Knowledge Search errors out with the following error

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to R12.2.4
2. Create Service Request from Form UI
3. Click Search Knowledge
