E-Business Suite 12.2 Cloud Provisioning, Other issues


Unable to login to a newly created 12.2.6 Oracle Compute Cloud Instance with the default sysadmin username and password.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
default login screen at the following using a public ip:

https://oc- IP=<IP>.compute.oraclecloud.com:<PORT>/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp

Default
user:SYADMIN
password:<SYADMIN default password>
Does not work

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, unable to log into the Compute Cloud Instance.
