Symptoms
When trying to search a book in Setup - Book Controls form the following error occurs:
ERROR ----------------------- APP-OFA-48289 Unknown error. Please contact your system administrator
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1) Go to Fixed assets Super User responsibility 2) Setup-->Asset System-->Control Book-->CTRL+F11--> down arrow on the keyboard 3) Get an error APP-OFA-48289
BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot successfully use this form.
