Cannot Update Device Tag In Field Service GPS Setup. (Doc ID 2198342.1)

On : 12.1.3 GPS Setup

When attempting to update the device tag in the GPS setup page an error occurs.   This prevents users from updating the tag name

A GPS device with the tag <new tag name> already exists in the system. You can not register multiple GPS devices with the same device tag.
Please correct the registration details.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Field service responsibility > setup > GPS setup page.
2. Update a device tag
