R12/CE: Cannot Load Multi-Page MT940 Statements (Doc ID 2198351.1)

Symptoms

In Cash Management, unable to load multi-page MT940 bank statements from one bank. Suspect the issue is that optional Tag :64: is only included on the last page of the bank statement.
Looking at the seeded SWIFT940 mapping template in EBS, it appears that Tag :64: is required, although it is an optional tag per MT940 standards.

Is there a way to remove the Tag :64: requirement from the seeded SWIFT940 mapping template?
