Symptoms

After personalizing the Create Service Request Page to set a default value for the 'Summary' field, the default/initial value is still not defaulting.  

Steps
Personalize the SRCreationPG page & setup an Initial Value on the field Summary (Message Text Input: Summary)

(R) Customer Support Specialist/Support Specialist
(N) Agent Dashboard > Create SR

The Summary field doesn't display the initial value setup in the Personalization.
