Symptoms

When attempting to view all Grade Step Progression points, the following error occurs once you reach the 300th record in the list.

This can also occur in List of Values, People Hierarchies or really any area which could have more than 300 records returned.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: US Super HRMS Manager
1. Navigate: Total Compensation > Total Compensation Setup Wizard
2. Select the radio button next to Grade/Step Progression, then press the Select Button
3. On the Search : Grade/Step Ladders page, click Go with no search criteria
4. Scroll down until the 301st record is viewed and the warning appears.

OR

When a learner logs in and accesses the Catalog tab a warning message stating

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. a user logs on with learner self-service responsibility
   2. the message above is displayed
   3. log as system administrator and changes the profile option :
        'FND: View Object Max Fetch Size'  set to 500
   4. the user logs back on with learner self -service responsibility and the error message remains unchanged.(still with 300)

OR

Many of the customer classes have 2000+ people enrolled.  Is there a way to allow them to display ALL of them?
Currently when the customer exceeds navigate above 700,  they will receive: Warning: Query has exceeded 700 rows. Potentially more rows exist, please restrict your query.

The Navigate Path: Oracle Learning Management Admin  Responsibility -> Catalog -> Class -> Enrollments -> Search Learner Type: All; all other fields leave as blank

OR

When trying to create a timecard or to open the Time Entry page in Self-Service, the following error occurs:

"FND: View Object Max Fetch Size" is set to 500.

I have personalized the "Personalize "Recent Timecard List" to sort descending based on end date.

Still gives me Query has exceeded 300 rows. Potentially more rows exist, please restrict your query.

We have users that have timecards going back to 2002.

How do we increase this number or remove this warning?
