Personalization Data are Automatically Created For Supplier Payment Details Page (Doc ID 2198607.1)

On : 12.2.3 version, TechStack Issues

User level personalization is getting enabled automatically for a Supplier Payment Details page after two or three days.
Due to these personalization record, when attempting to open the payment details page the following error occurs.

oracle.adf.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: Unable to find component with absolute reference = /oracle/apps/pos/sbd/webui/ByrPayPG, XML Path = {1}. Please verify that the reference is valid and the definition of the component exists either on the File System or in the MDS Repository.
: XML-20108: (Fatal Error) Start of root element expected.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iSupplier Portal Full Access using supplier login
2. Finance tab > View Payments
3. Get the error 

 The issue can happen to any self service pages for application version 12.2
