ERROR 'Address 0 is invalid or disabled' When Creating Tasks From Agent Dashboard.Not Able to Make Task Address non Mandatory.

On : 12.2 version, Agent Dashboard

When attempting to create task in agent dashboard
the following error occurs.

Address 0 is invalid or disabled

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Customer Support Specialist (R) -> Agent Dashboard
2. Select the SR and click on 'Resolution and Wrap up' tab in update SR page
3. Select non field service tasks under Task region and click on 'Go'
4. The address field is not mandatory and no address is selected
5. Click on Save/Apply button
