Getting ORA-01722: Invalid Number While Clicking On Tasks Tab Of Service Request Form. (Doc ID 2198928.1)

Getting ORA-01722: invalid number while clicking on Tasks Tab of service request form.  
We are getting above error when we click on the Tasks tab. It happens with all Service Requests and Tasks.
 
Errors:

* SR Form:
         ORA-01722: invalid number
         FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01722.

* Task Form:
         FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502.

* FND Log:

Steps:

(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Create Service Requests

- Open Service SR
- Navigate to the Tasks tab:

Trying to create a new Task - mandatory fields are defaulted.

=> Error:
         ORA-01722: invalid number
         FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01722.

Populated Subject
Updated Owner Type = Employee Resource
Owner  = <NAME>

=> Same error.

Changes

 Issue started after applying the following patches:

. Patch 12970976:R12.CAC.B: FWDPORT:9789911:12.1.1:12.1.1:NOTIFICATION OF TASK ASSIGNMENT IS ARBITRARY
. Patch 22951951:R12.CAC.B: TASK ASSIGNMENT AUDIT RECORDS ARE NOT DISPLAYED IN ORDER (BY DATE).
