Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to click contract details from the Installed Base item instance page,
the following error occurs.
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact th esystem Administrator for assistance.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Installed Base Agent User responsibility > Search and display an IB Item instance
2. Go to summary service contract record through the IB portal
3. Go to Contracts tab and Click One of the contract
4. Error above occurs.
