Search Times Out In Installed Base When Searching By Contract Number With A Large Number Of Lines

When attempting to search for a specific Contract Number, the following error occurs.

 OASevereException=oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: com.evermind.server.http.HttpIOException: Broken pipe

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigation: Oracle Installed Base Agent User >> Item Instance >> Item Instances

2. Enter the Contract Number and click on the 'Go' button

3. Observe that the error appears with no message after a time has passed
