Symptoms


When attempting to retry quick-pay or to delete quick-pay, the following error occurs.

FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTOPN-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Use HRMS Responsibility
2. Rollback quick-pay OR
3. Retry quick-pay => see the error mentioned above
