Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Service Request

After R12.2.4 upgrade cannot open SR from an IB record from Account Products Service Requests

Error

You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.

Steps to Reproduce

Log to iSupport, go to responsibility iSupport Business User->Dashboard->Account->Products->search Service Requests->select incident Number. it doesn't open.
