Repository Contract - No Valid Contacts Are Available To Send The E Signature (Doc ID 2199800.1)

When attempting to validate a Repository Contract using E-Signature, the following error occurs.

No valid Contacts are available to send the E Signature. At least one signer per party must be defined.

1) Using the Contracts Workbench Administrator responsibility, navigate: Contracts > Contracts.
2) Create a new Repository Contract with Signature Type as E-signature
3) From Action drop down select 'Validate Contract' and click on 'Go'
4) Receive the indicated error message.
