Problem Description

When a requisition line is distributed among multiple accounts by allocating the Amount among those accounts, the sum of the Percent column is greater than 1. When the PO is created in Purchasing, the quantity of the line is greater than 1.

Due to this issue, PO's and Requisition totals do not match

Example:

User purchases a $4,500 item and distributes it among 4 accounts as follows:

1 - Account 1 $2,250.00 50
2 - Account 2 750.00 16.6666666666667
3 - Account 3 750.00 16.6666666666667
4 - Account 4 750.00 16.6666666666667

Expected Behavior
---------------------------

It is expected the Percent for Account 4 to be 16.6666666666666 not 16.6666666666667.


STEPS

1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the iProcurement Module.
2. When a requisition line is distributed among multiple accounts by allocating the Amount among those accounts, the sum of the Percent column is greater than 1.
3. When the PO is created in Purchasing, the quantity of the line is greater than 1.
