After upgrade to <Patch 21236633>RUP9/RPC4 patches have been applied.
When an employee with multiple assignments tries to add a new vehicle through self service, they are unable to as the get the error message 'This vehicle is already allocated to another person and cannot be shared' even though the vehicle doesn't exist in the repository. The option to 'Share Across Assignments' is defaulted to yes and can't be changed by the employee.
The vehicle should then automatically be applied to all assignments held by the employee and new mileage information can be collected.
'This vehicle is already assigned to another employee.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. XX Employee Expenses
2. Maintain Vehicle Details
3. Add new Vehicle
4. Error is displayed.
5. Check under the Vehicle Repository, no results found.
6. Try to enter the Vehicle details under the Vehicle Repository, it saves but eh same error repeats when trying to assign the vehicle to an employee.
