E-Business Suite 12.2 Integrated SOA Gateway, Installation issues

Attempts to deploy custom business events to the EBS Integration repository fail with the following error:

ERROR

Can't locate Class/MethodMaker.pm in @INC

The following command is used when the error occurs:

run $ $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/perl/bin/perl $FND_TOP/bin/irep_parser.pl -g -v -username=sysadmin ont:patch/115/xml/US:quote.wfx:1.0=iquote.wfx

Prior to the above command the WFX file was created using a command like the example below:

eg: java oracle.apps.fnd.wf.WFXLoad -d apps apps domain.com:1000:DEV thin US quote.wfx EVENTS rac.oracle.apps.qot.quote.be.util
