When Trying To Complete Payment Process Request, After A Few Minutes Internal Sever Error Occurs.

On : 12.1.2 version, Pmt PayReports PBatch & Prepay
When attempting to complete the PPR using Record Print Status screen， the payment can be marked as completed, but the following error occurs.
Internal Server Error:
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Payables Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to Payments : Entry > Payment Manager
3. Query the PPR and attempts to Mark the Payments Completed using Record Print Status screen
