Symptoms

When opening the "Resources Addresses And Subinventories" form the following message is displayed
"Resources Addresses And Subinventories Function Is Not Available Under The Field Service Manager Responsibility "

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select the Field service manager responsibility
2. Select the Resources Addresses And Subinventory form
3. Error message is displayed.
