SO Line Stuck In Supply Eligible (Doc ID 2200137.1)

Unable to progress the Sales Order Line for  ATO item, from  supply eligible, when trying to progress>create supply order eligible
the following error occurs.

An internal error occured while creating a Work Order for the configuration item.
Action: Contact your Oracle support representative.

Error message seen in the Debug log file:

set_parameter_work_order_wf: CTO_WORKFLOW.set_parameter_work_order_wf100:ORA-01403: no data found In WF save messages
ENTER Save_API_Messages
l_errmsg ORA-01403: no data found
L_MSG_DATA=An internal error occurred while creating a Work Order for the configuration item.


Navigation: Order Management Super User -> Sales Order -> query order number xxxxx
Go to line x.1
Select Actions--> Progress Order at the ATO line.
