Ship to site taking one minute or more to come up in LOV for one customer in ebs Sales Order Entry.
This customer has around 153,000+ ship to sites.
Other customer's sites are coming up in LOV in 4 to 5 seconds.

Expect LOV to shows in couple seconds

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Order Management responsibility
2. Open Sales Orders form
3. Enter new order
Select Ship-To Address from LOV
