APP-PO-14094 : No records meet your search criteria When Trying to Query Purchase Order on Return Form with One-Time Item (Doc ID 2200378.1)

When attempting to query a Purchase Order with PO Line Item_ID Null in the Return Form, the following error is received:

ERROR

APP-PO-14094 :No records meet your search criteria

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Purchasing : Receiving > Returns

2) Query an existing PO number -> the error is thrown.
