The Shopping List Shows An Item That Is Not On The Requisition Template (Doc ID 2200383.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the user selects one Shopping List he sees more items in iProcurement than in Forms

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The number of items should be the same

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Core Forms and create a Requisition Template:
    There are only 2 Items on the Requisition Template
2. Go to iProcurement -> Shopping Lists
3. Select the same shopping list from point 1-> see 3 items, not 2 items
