Symptoms

When adding the Ledger in the Ledger set form, 'General Ledger Accounting Setup' program gets triggered and ended with the error.

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-12018: following error encountered during code generation for "APPS"."GL_ACCESS_SET_LEDGERS"
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kkzdgdefq], [1], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Log into general ledger responsibility

2. Navigate to Setup-Financials-Ledger set

3. Add a ledger to the ledger set
