Symptoms

When attempting to perform Subinventory Transfer of particular LPN using the Mobile application, the following error occurs.

Failed to Pack/Unpack Item

The INV Debug log file shows the following error


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the Mobile GUI application
2. Navigate to Subinventory Transfer page
3. Enter LPN and confirm To Subinventory and To Locator
4. Click Done button and receive error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot transfer the LPN within Inventory.
