Configuration History Error for Asset in Maintenance Super User

User is not able to perform Asset end date from Configuration History from Maintenance Super User page in PRODUCTION system . User replicated the same in TEST instance of prod backup. no luck. Hence while searching the MOS got this note Viewing Asset Detail Hierarchy Results in Error Message: A Valid Asset Number May Not Have Been Entered (Doc ID 2151674.1) , After this they even checked the file version of their current system and found to be higher than one mentioned in note.

Due to this the maintenance could not able to proceed with Asset deactivation.


 A Valid Asset Number May Not Have Been Entered. Click on the flashlight to do a search for the Asset Number.
