After upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.4 users are receiving the following error from WIP Mass Load:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Release a Planned Order from the Supply Chain Workbench to create a discrete job.
2. WIP Mass Load Fails with error.
