ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Email Center Bug: If there are any Line Breaks in Multi Line Query Values it will disappear in Reply Mail

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Multi Line Query Value line breaks should appear in Reply Mail

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a new Query
Choose Responsibility “Email Center Administrator”.
Navigate to “Email Center Administration” –> “Knowledge Base” –> “Queries” –> “Create”.

2. Create a new Document
Choose Responsibility “Email Center Administrator”.
Navigate to “Email Center Administration” –> “Knowledge Base” –> “Documents” –> “Editor”.

3. Add a multi line node to an existing Service Request

4. Send Reply on Mail using the new document
