On : 12.2.5 version, Message Component
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the same image will simply be pasted in the reply mail body, in the message component it looks fine, but the receiver only sees a red cross.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Image should be properly visible when pasted in the mail body
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Email Center Agent Console
2. My Inbox
3. Open any email from inbox and paste a screen shot in the mail body.
4. Press “Go” to send email.
5. Check Email in MS-Outlook.
Screen shot will be displayed as red cross.
