Address issues with the applications tier services startup script exiting with status 1 after cloning.

When trying to start the applications tier services via script, the script fails and exit with status 1 due to the following error:

"grep: can't open /appldev/.../ora/10.1.2/network/admin/listener.ora"

Reviewing the directory path from the error, it is confirmed the listener.ora file does not exist in the specified path on the application tier.

The internal concurrent manager can also be effected and will not be active.
