ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to get account vales for Service Regime.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Form should be made to enter the Account details.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Post application of KKC patch , unable to enter the Account details on the
Regime registration form for Service .

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the Service tax regime registration setup.
