Datafix Script for Record in MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE With No Error (Doc ID 2201574.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer has delivery details with inv_interfaced_flag = P, and trip stops pending interface. There is a record in MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE for these lines, but the records in MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE do not show any errors.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The pending interface flag should be N, and there should not be any records in mtl_transactions_interface

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the HTMomse report for the affected orders
2. See that the delivery details have pending interface flag on trip stops = Y,
  inv_interfaced_flag on wsh_delivery_details = P
  and a record in MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE with no error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete interfacing these details to Inventory. This results in unprocessed shipping transactions which prevent month-end close
