ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Upgrade from 11i to 12.2.5: OKS Contracts Sublines with system coverage are not visible on the form

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Upgrade from 11i to 12.2.5: OKS Contracts Sublines with system coverage should be visible on the form UI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create or Open contract
2. Enter subline with system
3. Close the contract
4. Re-open to see that it is not shown on the U
