The total amount on the requisition page is .01 less than the encumbered amount in the requisition distribution all table.
For example, requisition is created with
quantity 50, unit price = 1.5629 Note: 50 * 1.5629 = = 78.1450
Approval total 94.56
In Requisition Distributions table see ENCUMBERED_AMOUNT = 94.55 (difference of .01)
-- May also observe:
Adding New Line to an Existing PO - Unreserving Original PO Line
"The GL Date for the Distribution # 1 for Line # 1 has been automatically updated to 19-Jul-2016, as the old GL Date was found invalid."
Expect the Requisition the requisition total + tax value observed from application front end
to be the same value as stored in the database ENCUMBERED_AMOUNT.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) PO created and approved in April 2016
2) New requisition created in July 2016 and approved
3) New requisition lines from step 2 are added to existing PO from step 1
4) System is UNRESERVING the PO line from step 1 - when approving the PO user receives message "The GL Date for the Distribution # 1 for Line # 1 has been automatically updated to 19-Jul-2016, as the old GL Date was found invalid.:
However - there is NO reason the system should have unreserved Line #1 or changed the GL Date as no changes were made to this PO line.
