Absence Duration is not Automatically Reduced/Recalculated after a Change to the Date or Time

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Absence duration is not re-calculated when entering new dates for an absence when you do not click on Calculate Duration. Only a warning is shown which can be bypassed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Manager or Employee Self-Service
1. Absence Management
2. Click to update a confirmed Absence
3. Change these dates but do NOT click calculate duration
4. Click Next
The absence duration in days is different from the actual time absent.
5. Review page displays duration with the same total as the initial absence duration, instead of reflecting the updated duration of days requested.
